Highs & Lows is a new iOS app by Alex Fuller and Jessa Brinkmeyer that allows people to document and reflect on their day in a simple way. Hundreds of events that inspire a range of emotions and feelings fill our days. The app encourages people to consider their day in a direct and thoughtful way by distilling down those events and pulling out two simple points that sum up the extremes in a balanced entry.
